[SUGGESTION] 5x5 Scaffold #340

Just would be a nice module to have where it places blocks in all areas of the players reach on the same Y axis for creating obsidian platforms, terraforming, flattening nether 0 0 etc etc

A 5x5 scaffold is impractical on almost any server with a decent anticheat.

Not really impractical at all, can be used for terraforming or flattening 0 0 etc etc, not really made for towering.
