262 add hooks for technological correct profile and contour line orientation

Added attributes and hooks for technologically correctly orientated contour lines and profiles.

Closes pyroll-project/pyroll-export#6

I'm still missing tests for this new hook. Something like plotting of the profiles and contour lines would be suitable.

• plotting of the profiles and contours
• and a assert check wheter the technological orientation works correctly
