Provide beta of the pillar-model to selected users #17

As discussed in recent meeting we may want to provide a beta of the pyroll-pillar-model project to selected.

This issue is meant to keep track of that, discuss it and to not forget it.

We should make the pillar model public at the Kalibreurstag this year. This would solve a lot of issues coming with keeping stuff internal and we would have more people who can work on it.

So Pillar Model will be published in August, therefore the issue can be closed
