Set proper Continuous Deployement

The project still needs a lot of manual operations to make its way to production. Here is a suggestion:

• [x] Set automatic push of the docker image to Dockerhub on each commit (#303)
• [x] Each commit to "main" should trigger a deployment to the dev server (#305)
