This PR aims at:

Providing a new app screen dedicated to devices status monitoring refreshed every minute
Monitor and anticipate a bad connectivity to firetowers (if no signal is received in the last 3 hours the status turns to 'KO'

Please bear in mind that this is a v1 and that the design as well as the richness of displayed information can surely be enhanced.
