PRs to add a code of conduct for Pyronear repositories, adapted from the [Contributor Covenant][homepage], for chill contributions :)

The PR introduces the following modification :

Adds CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file updates CONTRIBUTING section, regarding the code of conduct Happy to discuss it !
