Fixes#2: Hacktoberfest easy, readme.md needs formatting

This is a pull request towards issue #2 :

I have created tables and sorted the data out.
Formatted some of the text so it looks more aesthetically pleasing.

Thank you for your help! It looks wonderful :) If you get bored or need more for the event feel free to do the same on any of my other projects, I just haven't opened up any issues on them.
