Strange behaviour when leaving application with modified project file #399

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a new project in HeeksCAD
2. Do some modifications, e.g. draw a line
3. Attempt to quit application
4. Accept to save changes
5. Close or hit cancel on modal window

What is the expected output?
Be back to application.

What do you see instead?
Application is closed and file is not saved.
