fix(examples,grafana): correct dashboards for Grafana 10.X #1174

The PR updates the dashboards to Grafana 10.X. Additionally the datasource variable was renamed to have the same naming as for https://github.com/prometheus-operator/kube-prometheus/tree/main/manifests

Awesome, I've confirmed this works as expected by updating the Grafana instance to 10.4.5 and provisioning the newer dashboards: https://demo.pyrra.dev/grafana/dashboards/f/OBPZquSVk/
