The /data/skeleton folder and related files are missing from the 0.4.0 and 0.5.0 branches. Without them, running the generate-ext command generates the confusing error Creating package.xml...Pyrus\PackageFile\Exception: Invalid package.xml, does not validate against schema....
I manually copied the files from the 0.3.1 branch to the correct directory and generate-ext worked as expected.
