Set up copy of notebooks into `content` folder for book #46

This requires to take all the notebooks pull from disparate git repos into one and then moved into book/content.

Currently, setup_book does most of it, but I'm leaving this open because the current setup still keeps the original jupyter-book toc and requires cleaning before fully ready.

This is, for the most part, taken care of by b3aad99fd2c5308ce14dcd74489ddc7418c9fafb and c3db4e3d051224917aea69d3a822ce9e72c017b8. Closing for now.
