Web hosting of book #50

This involves figuring out:

[ ] Automatic build of book
[ ] Automatic push to Github Pages
[ ] Automatic re-build of the website after any commit to the main repo

We are currently working by using the docs folder on master as the GitHub Pages folder. build.py/setup_book() auto-generates a docs folder in the root directory that contains the built book so GH Pages can host it directly.

As of ea5e62d6fbff257f392f85dc26c8800e3d33b5f0 this is working.
