Update logos #145

Following the enhancements detailed in pysal/logo#25, the logos on pysal.org should be updated.

Not sure if this is related to any of the issues here, but the current logos in the reboot branch look fairly pixelated:

It is only looking that way on firefox on ubuntu. Chrome on the same box looks fine.

ooof. those are way pixelated. not sure why this happening. and fwiw the current website on FireFox also seems to pixelated the navigation logo (though not as bad as above):

Great. How about the logo on the PySAL project space? Do we want to go ahead and swap that for the new one?
