add data #1

I'm adding some of the data I'm using, plus my own todo.

  1. I'll use an Airbnb dataset to show about spatial queries & spatial joins
  2. I'll use NASA nightlights data to do some basic zonal statistics within Austin neighborhoods
  3. I'll have a problemset that combines both.

That's a sketch of the first half. I'll have a subset of the global nightlights data pushed up today/tomorrow eurotime if you want to use any of it for your half, @sjsrey

Sounds good. I'll fetch from your master for now and work with the airbnb data with an eye towards some esda notebooks.
