Adds MinMax and SpatialMinMax to documentations/notebooks and compute_all and tweak notebooks #121

This basically adds the MinMax and SpatialMinMax indexes in the documentation (readme, notebooks, compute_all functions, sphinx).

ps.: this PR also makes a small tweak in the spatial notebook running the RelativeConcentration index of the inference wrappers with its fixed value.

Last commit only adds a TOC in every notebook following the guidelines presented in https://journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/article/file?id=10.1371/journal.pcbi.1007007&type=printable which I believe facilitates the user navigation.
