Create Bending Angle and other Reference Climatology Profiles for Selected Lat Lon #53

People working on COSMIC 2 data have to deal with a large amount of data and rigorous processing to create a reference climatology profile.

Hi @lmtiaz08, I think this would fit with the routines for cosmic data, so I moved the issue to that package. Are you looking to build a new reference climatology?

Dear Pysat/Pysatcdaac,

Yes I am working with the cosmic 2 dataset and so far I couldn't file any latest reference Climatology profile for studies like volcano plume height detection and stuff.

This would make life quite easy for researchers
