Description

Beta release for pysatMadrigal. Includes better meta data, added new data sets, and expanded unit tests.

Type of change

CI test suite and run doc examples.

Madrigal appears to be having issues. Going to wait a bit to restart the tests.

@jklenzing and @rstoneback this is a reminder that the release is supposed to happen tomorrow, but will be delayed without one more approval.
