I (R. Stoneback) met with Gary Bust at the recent ICON Science meeting. He offered to send an IDA4D file so we can add support to pysat. Let's do it.

Should this be grouped with pysatModelUtils?

No, this should be in a model instruments group.

After today's meeting, it sounds like this should move to pysatModelUtils based on the new roadmap.
