BUG: Minor Formatting Issues, Community Contributions #106

Describe the bug The formatting on the community contributions sections across the ecosystem needs a review. Or, easier, review one then copy out.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Check out the community contributions in pysatNASA.

Expected behavior Formatting working as intended.

I thought this as an easy fix, but writing something compatible with both markdown and rst is a massive pain. Since github can display rst, we might consider just writing this doc in rst in the future. Topic for tomorrow.
