Description

Adds support to use cdasws to get the remote file list for pysatNASA instruments.

Addresses #134

The cdasws api is very robust when it comes to getting the remote file list, and doesn't need the file cadence to be specified.

The errors for FUV day files are expected because spdf has restricted access to them until processing errors are sorted out by the icon team. I'm happy to give this a couple weeks to see what happens.
