MAINT: pub documentation, NEP29 Apr 2024, zenodo updates #226

Description

Adds headers for pub release
Add acknowledgements file
Updates NEP29 standards using Apr 5, 2024 requirements
Adds keywords to zenodo file and updates authors

Type of change

Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
This change requires a documentation update
