Maintenance for V0.2.0 release #148

Description

Addresses #136, #131, and #101 by removing support for deprecated features and updating the minimum supported pysat version to 3.2.0+.

Ran unit tests locally

@jklenzing expect this is the time of day failure, as it's the same files as yesterday. Will re-run the tests in a bit.
