I've added infra for automatic deploys to {test,}pypi warehouses, but this fails with non-descriptive error https://github.com/pyscience-projects/pyevtk/runs/1749613193?check_suite_focus=true Supposedly this is fixed by https://github.com/pypa/warehouse/issues/8565 So it could only be the test instance is lagging. Either way I currently have no further time to debug this.
