pystiche_papers depends on the outdated

Before we go through with any publication, we should make sure to adopt pystiche==1.* especially since it uses semantic versioning from that point on.

Given that between pystiche==0.6 and pystiche==1.* were quite a few deprecations and other changes, this upgrade will take place on the upgrade-pystiche-1 branch which will later be merged into master.
