This is the first batch of changes addressing #261. Apart from a few changes made through regular expressions, this PR mostly fixes everything related to gatys_ecker_bethge_2016. I made sure that the replication is running. Still, @jbueltemeier could you check if the output still matches what you have for the replication study?

There are massive amounts of CI errors, but it makes no sense to address them here. My plan is to go each paper individually and send one clean-up PR afterwards. I'll leave some comments unresolved and come back to them later.
