Changes that do not affect Pandoc AST filter work (Stitch class) went to Knitty that is now the part of Pandoctools that is a profile manager of text processing pipelines (uses Pandoc filters and any text CLI filters). Convenient and easily tweakable Atom+Markdown+Pandoc+Jupyter experience (can export to ipynb).
