@TomAugspurger Hello. How about merging this PR? And more importantly: how about updating Sitch on pypi?

I don't have time to work on it these days. I'd recommend forking if you're interested in pushing development forward.

I never received rights to the name Stitch on PyPI. My request to mark https://pypi.org/project/stitch/ as abandoned and take over the name was never responded to. You could try going through the process yourself.

I forked stitch to knitty. And there's neither entry points nor module names conflicts. Fixed docs accordingly.
