installation fails #12

The installation of the package fails since last week. Looks like the file that should be downloaded is not available: http://pub.ist.ac.at/~vnk/software/QPBO-v1.3.src.tar.gz

Is there anything to do?

This is probably solved by this pull request: https://github.com/pystruct/pyqpbo/pull/11 please approve it :)
