@michaeltryby do you know why ubuntu tests are queued indefinitely? I can't get the ubuntu tests to start

@jennwuu, I am guessing it has something to do with #340. More info on github's blog

@karosc Yup, ubuntu 16 has been deprecated. I think I will hold off merging this PR until #340 is closed.
