1.4.27 released but tag is not on the default branch #64

This is probably just an oversight but cloning the repo currently gives me:

$ hg summary
parent: 2277:b86f6365033a
 Merged in improve_path (pull request #26)
branch: default
commit: (clean)
update: (current)

which shows version being 1.4.27.dev2 while version 1.4.27 is tagged in improve_path branch and published on pypi.

tried to correct it - 1.4.27 tag should be on default with the merged improve_path branch. thanks for noting.
