PyPI releases not showing up #26

Looks like 2.9 is still the latest release in PyPI, despite the 2.10 and 2.10.1 releases.

Looks like "invalid command dist" (https://travis-ci.org/pytest-dev/pytest-runner/jobs/170139822).

I've additionally pushed 2.10 and 2.10.1 to PyPI.
