Rename #c-extensions to #compiled-extensions #145

What feature are you proposing?

Rename the channel #c-extensions to #compiled-extensions

What is your justification for the proposed feature?

It would be much clearer to what the purpose of #c-extensions is. Instead of assuming it is just for discussions about C language extensions at one look, #compiled-extensions means that the topic channel includes discussions about extensions made by other compiled languages.

We discussed this in our staff meeting and decided that we'll keep the #c-extensions name. Most of the channel traffic understands that any language is allowed providing that it interfaces with the C ABI/FFI in some way, we also make that very explicit in the topic and if people ask we're always happy to direct them there.
