What kind of content should the tag include?

An explanation of the slicing syntax, which might be not 100% obvious.

I wrote the tag before creating this issue: python-discord/bot#2285. I am creating the issue here because @HassanAbouelela told me to.

Rationale:

I wrote this because after I helped a person in a help channel, I thought that it would be useful to write a slice syntax tag [...].
