Add explicit classifications for supported python versions #35

Many tools such as caniusepython3 rely on classification to determine library support.

None taken - I did not verify each version. I referenced their documentation of supported versions: github.com/python-intelhex/intelhex/blob/master/Readme.rst#supported-python-versions

That specific line was last changed before Python 3.7 was released :)

There's no reason to assume the package won't work with 3.7, just thought I'd ask...
