Multiple BECMG not parsed #135

Hi,

the parsed failed to parse the BECMG gorups of the METAR: EDDM 160532Z 01005KT 9999 SCT025 BECMG 1617/1619 VRB02KT BECMG 1707/1709 35005KT

Output: station: EDDM type: routine report, cycle 5 (automatic report) time: Fri Apr 16 05:32:00 2021 wind: N at 5 knots visibility: greater than 10000 meters sky: scattered clouds at 2500 feet

The contents doesn't look like a METAR: temperature and altimeter are missing, and the format of the change groups is the one for TAFs. Originally, this was published as TAF (source: Ogimet): EDDM 160500Z 1606/1712 01005KT 9999 SCT025 BECMG 1617/1619 VRB02KT BECMG 1707/1709 35005KT
