support for Leica DM6000 B microscope #248

Kindly, add leica microscope hardware control.

If, it is already, kindly tell me how to do this.

Do you mean a Leica microscope camera? If so, we do not yet have support for Leica cameras and I don't know of anyone currently on working on adding support for them. We'd welcome contributions for it though.

Or do you mean a Leica microscope? Answer is the same as above, I just want to know what you mean exactly.

From comments on issue #249, the request is specific to the Leica DM6000 B which is a complete integrated system.
