Fixes #189 Documentation: Introduction to Microservices

Changes proposed in this PR:

Added microservices.md with images.
Introduction to Microservices in English. The report includes "what is a microservicies?", beneficts and disadvantages, and, links to additional resources (videos, tutorials, etc) in English
Added links in mkdocs.yml and docs/index.md to the new doc file.
