Thanks. I cannot see our event in the calendar. Shouldn't it show up after merging?

If you're talking about the Python Events, you would need to follow these steps: https://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonEventsCalendar#Submitting_an_Event

Sadly our csv is not automatically synced with that calendar :(
