There's no tests but we can at least check build/installation works for each Python version using Travis CI. This'll run for each push and PR in future.
Add .gitignore from https://github.com/github/gitignore

TODO:

Someone with admin rights needs to flip the switch to enable the Sane repo on Travis: https://travis-ci.org/profile/python-pillow
