Remove tests_require #172

tests_require isn't really a thing that is done anymore.

You need to merge #169 to get that one working on the CI.

@bluebird75, let's take this as a test to make sure you can merge stuff. Might have to approve it first, then merge. Well, pending you wanting to approve it. :]
