Omnicomplete #19

One thing I have always wondered about was why OmniComplete function doesn't work in ropevim, and why I have to use yet another vim plugin, your rope-omni. Now, when I can affect future of rope* I would like to do something about it. This is the merge of the plugin into ropevim.

I would really like to see some comments on this.
