Finish chapter's card layout #100

At this moment the card contains only group's name, country flag, country name and meetup button. I think we should rather have a chapter's button and from the chapter's detailed view the meetup button. Also groups city should be on the card. Logic has to be applied to display all available chapters' cards automatically (they are hardcoded atm for display purposes).
