Keep event displayed on home page during the day it is on #112

The include (events_array_generator.html) generating future events checks only if the time of the event is ahead of the current date. Therefore if that day comes the event disappears from the home page. We should keep the event during the day it is on and only remove it at the beginning of the next day.
