Changes to the footer #120

New footer proposal, including:

Tweeter feed
Updated sponsors (only showing global ones)
More compact
Removed link to meetup (specific to London)
Removed menu (I think the about us, and the contact form can be in the home, and the events can be linked from the list of events with a "See more")

Merged this locally after tiny changes (only added a class for the container for the twitter feed if we want to further style it in the future). Looks good :).
