Fix navbar look when toggler is used

This issue consists of 2 minor problems:

the navbar pushes content down when toggler is used, it should overlay it
when it is unfolded on mobile there are color differences of some background and the bottom bar (grey / black).

The fix should be make navbar overlay content and have uniform color.
