Related to #18

What are the helper jobs we need to fill?

On the top of my head:

[ ] 4 people for registration (working in pairs)
[ ] 1 person to do the moderation during the talks
[ ] 2 people to cater during each coffee/tea break
[ ] 2 people to cater during the afterparty
[ ] 2 people to help the sponsors setup their booths
[ ] 2 people to help with the mics/logistics during the session
[ ] 1 person to hang up the posters in the morning
[ ] 1 person to man the video camera
[ ] 1 person to do fotos and write live-tweets

Anything I'm missing? Any numbers we should change? Note that multiple jobs can be done by one helper, though I'd like to avoid that.
