the oauth credentials are excluded

I will merge immediately without any further ado, but out of curiosity, since I'm not really familiar with such packaging, could you tell what "gradt" means? Thanks again!

Sorry, that should have meant "graft", but it works nevertheless and therefore I didn't notice it. Next very small PR is coming... Explanation for graft is here: https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/using-manifest-in/#manifest-in-commands
