Change from Twitter to ExTwitter #464

Elon Musk recently renamed Twitter to X, leading to people coming up with a better name for it, ExTwitter. This repository should refer to the as ExTwitter, not X or Twitter.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think we should rename this.
