Should this pep need to be finalized and implemented before python 3.6 feature freeze? or what are the thoughts regarding this? #23

I know graham and cory are planning to get this moving again soon, but I don't htink the Python release schedule has much bearing on it.

Correct.

I have no expectations of this being done even remotely quickly. I'm willing to take up stewardship of this process from @rbtcollins (assuming he kindly volunteers to stay involved in the process!), but updating the WSGI specification is going to be a lengthy and arduous process I suspect, so I would not hold my breath if I were you @auvipy.
