9 AM PDT (UTC-7) is 4 PM UTC, not 2 PM UTC.

Thanks, sorry I messed up the timezone calculation.

@Mariatta No worries and thanks for the quick response! Timezone calculations for a global remote event is something that's new to most of us (definitely for me) :-)
